With so much bursting to life on the allotment, it has now become a playground for a variety of insects and creatures, some welcome and some not so much !
We’ve had Bees, Butterflies, Caterpillars, Ladybirds, and random orange mating bugs on our Jerusalem Artichokes (answers on a postcard please …)
And most surprisingly, we’ve had this four legged hopper, who appeared in the garden after a heavy storm.
Sadly, as well as gaining some creatures into our plot and garden, we also lost one of our lovely one year old Netherland Dwarf rabbits, who passed away unexpectedly this week. Our loss is heaven’s gain, and we know he’s happy now, hopping around sunny fields and munching on veggies to his hearts delight.
Goodnight Dougal, we love and miss you !
